This is a renovation project in which the existing top floor was converted into an apartment. The south wall of the staircase was demolished, and in its place was built an open glass structure.
One of the premises considered in the elaboration of the project was that of building low-energy houses. In this sense, the closure of the north side and the complete opening of the south side were planned, as well as the construction of the solar greenhouse on the east side and the positioning of the utility rooms of the sleeping area on the west side, in order to isolate them from the busy street below.
The accommodation was equipped with autonomous gas floor and wall heating. All rooms, including bathrooms, are provided with direct openings to the outside to allow air exchange.
Informazioni sul progetto
Si tratta di un progetto di ristrutturazione in cui l'ultimo piano esistente è stato trasformato in un appartamento. La parete sud della scala è stata demolita e al suo posto è stata costruita una struttura aperta in vetro.
Una delle premesse considerate nell'elaborazione del progetto è stata quella di costruire case a basso consumo energetico. In questo senso, sono state previste la chiusura del lato nord e l'apertura completa del lato sud, la costruzione della serra solare sul lato est e il posizionamento dei locali di servizio della zona notte sul lato ovest, in modo da isolarli dalla trafficata strada sottostante.
L'alloggio è stato dotato di riscaldamento autonomo a gas a pavimento e a parete. Tutti gli ambienti, compresi i bagni, sono dotati di aperture dirette verso l'esterno per consentire il ricambio d'aria.
