The building is designed as a contemporary masonry structure, with interior protected balconies that extend the living areas and a uniform pitched roof with a low eave.
The roofing is done with classic brownish-red roof tiles that match the surrounding historical roofing "Am Gries".
A technical volume is constructed above the staircase in the middle of the building. All metal parts on the building, such as window frames, railings, and cladding, are executed in the same uniform dark brown color (RAL 8019).

L'edificio è stato progettato come una struttura in muratura contemporanea, con balconi interni protetti che ampliano le aree abitative e un tetto a falde uniformi con una gronda bassa. La copertura è realizzata con tegole classiche di colore rosso bruno che si adattano alla copertura storica circostante "Am Gries".
Al centro dell'edificio, sopra la scala, è stato costruito un volume tecnico. Tutte le parti metalliche dell'edificio, come i telai delle finestre, le ringhiere e i rivestimenti, sono realizzate nello stesso colore marrone scuro uniforme (RAL 8019).
